I’m so happy you’re finally reading this! We all know how important it is to read the news—but still never actually do. So, we decided to make it a little fun!

Let’s jump straight into the biggest news of the month:

WE MIGHT HAVE TO PAUSE SHIPPING TO THE EU. 

Please don´t panic!! It will just be a pause (hopefully).

You see, the EU has introduced a silly little new rule requiring stricter regulations and even more administration—the two words we definitely did not want to hear.

Because of this, we may have to pause shipping to EU countries for a few weeks while we make sure everything is registered correctly.

Now, on to the good news! Of course, we’ll start shipping to the EU again—and when we do, delivery will be five times faster!

Since the EU has made a few new changes recently, you can expect your clothes to be held a few days extra, because of customs clearance. If you stil are worried, dont hesitate to reach out.

What is the return policy?

As a small business, we currently only offer returns within Norway. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns at this time.

For this reason, we kindly ask international customers to carefully review the size guide, product descriptions, and look closely at all product images before placing an order. This helps ensure you choose the correct size and avoid any issues with returns.

Fill out the “Return” form for an easy return process. You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item. The money will be refunded after we have received the item. We only accept returns from within Norway. Returns cost NOK 69, for shipping.

International shipping: 5 - 10 working days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Standard, Norway: 3-5 days

International shipping (Europe): 5-10 days

Pre-order: 5-8 weeks

Australia: 3 weeks +
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are mainly ethically manufactured in China, where we work closely with carefully selected manufacturers that specialize in high-quality clothing production.

We recently traveled to China ourselves to visit our manufacturers in person, inspect the production process, and ensure that working conditions, quality standards, and government regulations are being properly followed. We believe it is very important to have a close relationship with the factories we work with, rather than producing blindly through third parties.

Some of our products have also been produced in India (like the "Boho lace shorts", depending on the fabric type, techniques, and manufacturer specialization needed for specific collections.

We focus heavily on quality over fast fashion. Many of our pieces are made using natural fabrics such as cotton, and we work continuously to improve both quality control and ethical production standards. We also regularly review our manufacturers and production partners to ensure they meet the standards we expect for Juliana.
Are there customs duties and taxes on arrival?

European Union Orders (Under 150 EUR)

Customers within the European Union will not be charged additional customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges upon delivery.

International Orders & Orders Above 150 EUR

For orders shipped outside of Norway, or orders exceeding 150 EUR, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and vary depending on your country’s import regulations. Customs duties and taxes are government-imposed fees applied to imported goods and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Your package may be held by customs until all applicable charges have been paid.
  • We are unable to estimate or control these fees, as they vary between countries.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges required by your local customs authority.
