Refund policy

Fill out the “Return” form for an easy return process. You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item. The money will be refunded after we have received the item. We only accept returns from within Norway. Returns cost NOK 69, for shipping.

As a small business, we currently only offer returns within Norway. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns at this time.

For this reason, we kindly ask international customers to carefully review the size guide, product descriptions, and look closely at all product images before placing an order. This helps ensure you choose the correct size and avoid any issues with returns.
