Shipping and return policy

Fill out the “Return” form for an easy return process. You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item. The money will be refunded after we have received the item. We only accept returns from within Norway. Returns cost NOK 69, for shipping.

As a small business, we currently only offer returns within Norway. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international returns at this time.

For this reason, we kindly ask international customers to carefully review the size guide, product descriptions, and look closely at all product images before placing an order. This helps ensure you choose the correct size and avoid any issues with returns.

Customs duties

NO EXTRA CUSTOMS FEES, on orders under 150 EUROS.

Ordes over 150 euros: Customers placing orders for delivery outside of Norway are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply when the shipment arrives in their country. These costs vary depending on local regulations and tax rates.

Please note that your order will not be delivered until all applicable taxes and customs fees have been paid to your local customs authority. These costs must be settled by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
