Shipping and return policy

Fill out the “Return” form for an easy return process. You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item. The money will be refunded after we have received the item. We only accept returns from within Norway. Returns cost NOK 69, for shipping.

Customs duties

Please note that customers outside of Norway may unfortunately be charged local customs and tax fees upon delivery. International registration has not yet been established due to strict regulations, but this is being prepared for the next launch.

Customers placing orders for delivery outside of Norway are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply when the shipment arrives in their country. These costs vary depending on local regulations and tax rates.

Please note that your order will not be delivered until all applicable taxes and customs fees have been paid to your local customs authority. These costs must be settled by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
